AI Book Publisher is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users create, edit, and publish books. Our services include AI-powered content generation, cover design, and export functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Content you create using our AI tools belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services. You may not use our platform to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
You agree not to use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.
AI Book Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
